Common questions

What does Mneme do with what I save?
It reads the full text of the link, video, or file, summarizes the argument, and places it on a map of your thinking, connected to what you have saved before. Details are in the privacy policy.

How do I cancel Mneme Plus?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mneme, then Cancel. Your Plus features last until the end of the period you paid for.

Something didn't import correctly.
Some sites block reading. Email us the link and we will look at it, usually the same day.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of your data from inside the app: Settings, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days. If you can no longer access the app, email mneme.help@gmail.com from your account address and we will delete it for you.
